Saying good-bye is never easy

It is sad when friends are leaving. You don't know when you will see them again. You will miss them. But you are excited for them as well. They start a new chapter in their lives.
I always have mixed feelings when listing a friend's home. I feel very honored, but it also a bit sad. But the great memories I made in their homes help me sell them. And make me happy for the next owners.
So while I am sad to see our friends go, I am also excited to help the sell their home. We got to enjoy delicious food in their kitchen and barbecue on the back porch. My sons, husband and I got to play sports in their yard: soccer, tatter ball and so much more. And I know the next owners will have fin in that yard. It even fits a pool if they like.
The home is centrally located in Cedar Park and only a short drive from Austin, the surrounding cities and the Hill Country. It is perfect to start a new life in Central Texas. Have a look:
